How to Install a Trampoline Yourself
Installation is actually easier than most people expect. If you are handy and do not mind spending a little time, you can set up a trampoline on your own in as little as 30 minutes to an hour. All the parts come together in a logical order, and you do not need any special skills or training to do it.
That said, having a second person nearby makes the process even faster and easier.
Below are two helpful video guides that walk you through the full installation process step by step.

Step-by-Step: How to Install a Trampoline
If you prefer a written guide, here is a full breakdown of how the installation process works.
Phase 1: Prepare Your Workspace and Unpack
- Find a flat, clear space where the trampoline will live. A lawn or a flat outdoor area works well.
- Unbox everything and lay all the parts out flat so you can see every piece before you start.
- Read through the manual and familiarise yourself with the parts.
Tip: Have a friend help. An extra pair of hands makes the whole process faster. Also, use a power drill if you have one. There are several self-tapping screws to deal with, and a drill saves a lot of time compared to using a manual screwdriver.
Phase 2: Build the Frame
- Locate the top tubes. There are two types: basic T-joints and T-joints with a socket. Alternate them as you lay them out, because the sockets will hold the net support poles later.
- Place the tubes on the ground with the pilot holes facing the inside of the circle. This keeps the screws hidden on the inside.
- Insert the top tubes together to form 6 separate sections. Secure each one with screws.
- Attach the leg extensions and leg braces to each section, and tighten everything with the provided bolts, washers, and nuts.
- Flip all 6 sections over so the legs are on the ground, then connect them to form one complete circle.
Note: Connecting the first two sections can feel a little stiff, but the rest will slide together easily.
Phase 3: Lay Out the Jump Mat and Safety Net
- Unfold the jump mat inside the frame. Make sure the warning labels are facing upward.
- Lay the enclosure safety net on top of the jump mat.
- Locate the door on the netting and the V-ring on the mat. Push each V-ring up through the corresponding slit in the netting, working your way around the circle.
Important: Check the net orientation before you start. Look for the clips that attach to the zipper to make sure everything is lined up correctly from the beginning. If the net is not aligned with the warning labels and T-joints, you will have to undo it all and start again.
Phase 4: Attach the Springs
- Use the included spring-loading tool to attach the springs. Start at the V-ring just to the left of the enclosure door, stretch the spring, and hook it into the frame hole on the opposite side.
- Continue attaching springs in a clockwise direction, alternating sides to keep even tension, until every V-ring is connected to the frame.
Phase 5: Fit the Safety Pad
- Unfold the protective pad and place it over the metal frame and springs.
- Before tying anything down, align the cut-out notches on the pad with the sockets on the frame. This is where the net poles will go. If you skip this step and tie the pad down first, you will have to untie the whole thing later.
- Tie the inner straps through the V-rings and the outer straps around the frame, roughly every 12 to 18 inches.
Phase 6: Assemble and Insert the Net Poles
- Slide the metal poles into their foam sleeves.
- Join each straight pole to a curved pole, making sure the two holes on the curved section are facing upward, and secure with a screw.
- Attach the plastic pole caps to the top of the enclosure net. The hexagon-shaped hole should face the net, and the round hole should face toward you.
- Insert each assembled pole into its cap, making sure the bend of the pole faces outward and all holes are aligned. Tighten securely.
- Starting near the enclosure door, lift each pole and insert the bottom end into the plastic socket on the T-joint frame. Repeat for all poles around the perimeter.
Tip: Make sure each pole is perfectly straight before tightening the screw in the cap. Getting the direction wrong means having to unscrew and redo it.
Phase 7: Finish the Frame
- Insert the end caps into the open bottom of each leg socket near the ground. This finishes off the frame neatly.
And that is it. Your trampoline is fully assembled and ready to use.
