Defective Products Only

We accept returns for trampolines and other products that have manufacturing defects. This includes manufacturing defects such as:

  • Structural issues: Bent or broken frame components
  • Safety concerns: Damaged safety net or padding
  • Functional problems: Springs that don't work properly
  • Material defects: Tears in the jumping mat or safety net
  • Assembly issues: Missing or damaged parts

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Transportation Fee: The cost will be similar to your original delivery fee, depending on your location from Nairobi CBD.
